JOB DETAILS
1.Understand the business of the assigned Industry segments, their needs by analysing the Product, Market, Customer, Competition and regulatory environment.
2.Build & Maintain C-suite relationship within Industry
3.Build Industry aligned solution portfolios in collaboration with SBUs
4.Responsible & accountable for achieving the Revenue and Margin targets from the BFS Segment.
5.Responsible for identifying all the accounts & work with RM & CSM in assigning accounts.
6.Conduct timely meetings, make sales presentations and induct the new joinees & existing team in upgrading their knowledge and guide them to deliver the desired results with efficiency and accuracy.
7.Conduct research on current trends of the segments & update self & Team with the required information as applicable.
