**Description:**
You will be the Industrial/Operations Senior Engineer for the Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for supporting production operations through capacity modeling, standards development, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Industrial/Operations Senior Engineer you will be responsible for delivering industrial engineering expertise that drives efficiency and quality across the Santa Barbara focal plane.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and maintain capacity models to forecast production capabilities.
+ Create and update manufacturing standards and work instructions.
+ Measure and visualize factory performance metrics.
+ Design simulation models and factory layouts for facility expansion.
+ Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
