A leading Technology company is looking for an experienced Industrial Relations / Employee Relations Specialist to join their fast-moving company based in Kuala Lumpur.

Your new roleAs an Industrial Relations Specialist,you'll be advising on various industrial relations matters such as counselling,
disciplinary actions, terminations, grievances, investigations, and employment
legislation. It contributes to the development and implementation of policies
and procedures in line with Malaysian legislation and industry best practices.
Additionally, the role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to
