Position Overview
Ensure full compliance with all applicable Central and State Labour Laws, including timely implementation of statutory amendments.Obtain, renew, and manage labour licenses and ensure submission of half-yearly and annual statutory returns within prescribed timelines.Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and documentation under PF, ESI, CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages, and other applicable labour legislations.Handle disciplinary matters, misconduct cases, charge sheets, and conduct domestic enquiries in line with principles of natural justice.Address and resolve day-to-day grievances of workmen, ensuring timely and fair resolution to maintain workplace harmony.Represent the organisation in conciliation proceedings, labour department hearings, and labour court cases, coordinating with legal counsel as required.Liaise effectively with government departments, lab...
