Job Description
- Manage and advise on employee and industrial relations matters across the business
- Guide managers through misconduct, incapacity, poor performance, and grievance processes
- Ensure disciplinary and grievance procedures are fair, compliant, and consistently applied
- Support CCMA cases and external labour processes
- Provide advice on labour legislation, company policies, and best practice
- Identify trends and proactively reduce employee relations risk
- Support the development and rollout of IR policies, frameworks, and training
- Will be reporting to HR Manager
Qualifications
- 3β5 yearsβ experience in an Industrial Relations or Employee Relations role
- Solid working knowledge of South African labour legislation
