Industrial Relations Partner

Babylonstore is looking for an Industrial Relations Partner to play a key role in supporting a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees, ensuring healthy employee relations, legal compliance, and constructive engagement between employees and management.

This is a hands‑on, advisory role for someone who understands the balance between business needs, employee wellbeing, and labour legislation — and who can confidently navigate complex people matters with empathy and authority.

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in an Industrial Relations or Employee Relations role
• Solid working knowledge of South African labour legislation
• Experience managing disciplinary processes
• Strong judgement, emotional intelligence, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
