Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards
Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure the facility’s equipment operates efficiently
• The candidate will be trained on the day or night shift (training flexibility required)
Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Use tools and measuring devices to maintain product specifications
Complete daily production and maintenance reports
Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations
Communicate issues and priorities during shift change
