Position Overview

International Motors is hiring an Industrial Painter – Facilities at our San Antonio location.

In this role, you’ll perform industrial painting and coatings work to maintain and improve facility equipment and structures. You’ll use spray guns and manual application techniques across a variety of surfaces and materials, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet safety and compliance standards.

This is a 2nd shift position, with hours from 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM Monday - Thursday. The hourly rate is $20.50/hr.

Responsibilities

Painting & Coatings

+ Perform power washing & other surface prep activities on interior & exterior surfaces

+ Apply industrial coatings, including floor striping, using both spray & manual methods

+ Conduct paint application at heights using lifts or ladders

+ Select appropriate paints, coatings, & supplies based on surfaces & requirements
