**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform general and scheduled maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment. The position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding equipment related to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and hydraulics, using methods such as welding, soldering, wiring, fabricating, and painting. The role requires working an 8-12 hour day starting between 6am and 7am, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems, as well as lift trucks and cranes.
+ Operate cutting torches and welders.
+ Diagnose and repair various types of equipment including hydraulics and pneumatics.
