**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Electromechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and supporting continuous operations during the overnight (3rd) shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
+ Maintain and repair PLC‑controlled equipment, motors, conveyors, presses, and automated machinery.
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
+ Diagnose electrical issues including 480V/240V systems, control panels, and sensors.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals.
+ Support equipment startups, changeovers, and process improvements.
