This role supports foundry pouring operations by staging molds and handling molten metal to produce cast parts for the mining industry. You will perform physically demanding tasks in a high-heat manufacturing environment, operating specialized equipment and wearing full personal protective equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with foundry pouring operations to support the production of cast parts for the mining industry.
+ Stage molds accurately and efficiently to prepare for metal casting and ensure continuous production flow.
+ Operate machinery and equipment to melt metal in pots according to established procedures and safety standards.
+ Pour molten metal into ladles and transfer molten metal from ladles to molds with precision and care.
+ Handle frequent lifting of materials and equipment up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
