+ Supervise and lead janitorial staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
+ Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
+ Assign daily tasks and monitor completion of cleaning duties
+ Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
+ Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate reordering as needed
+ Address and resolve employee or client concerns in a timely manner
+ Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA and company compliance standards are followed
+ Track attendance, payroll inputs, and productivity metrics
+ Communicate with management and clients regarding service quality and improvements
+ Assist with cleaning duties as needed during staffing shortages or peak times
