**Job Title: Industrial HVAC Technician**

$26-$30/Hour

**Schedule**

+ Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ Overtime may be required
+ Occasional weekend work may be necessary

**Responsibilities**

+ Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
+ Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and related mechanical components.
+ Manage HVAC-related projects efficiently within deadlines and budget constraints.
+ Operate and maintain Building Management Systems to enhance building performance.
+ Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repair.
+ Understand and implement Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
+ Work on plumbing systems to ensure proper operation within HVAC installations.
