Role Purpose:

• Responsible for planning and designing industrial processes that determine the efficient of operations and workflow and recommends methods for optimum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• Act as facilitator for disseminating awareness and implementation of continuous improvement activity
• Lead manufacturing productivity projects in achieving financial benefit as well as improvement of Key Performance Indicator

Main Duties:

1. Provide and update Industrial Engineering data in manufacturing process

• calculate cycle time of process in each workstation
• calculate people capacity to handle a process/machine
• evaluate capacity of each workstation in annual basis
• set working standard of each workstation
