Nexteer is looking for motivated candidates with high energy, positive attitude and a desire to lead change.  In the manufacturing plant, the candidate will work with manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations and UAW employees to improve cycle times, job designs and layout of the plant. 

 

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Proactively address ergonomic and other health and safety concerns

+ Lead the development of an overall continuous improvement plan for areas of responsibility
