Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end project implementation, from concept through to execution and post-implementation review
- Analyse existing processes to identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and productivity gains
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain
- Develop and optimise process flows, layouts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Utilise data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and track performance improvements
Requirements
- BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering or related field (Degree preferred, BTech only with suitable seniority and expertise)
