Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Working on process improvement projects by analyzing workflows and identifying bottlenecks through UPH validation and labor studies.
• Utilizing MS Excel and AutoCAD to collect and analyze production process data to support decision‑making and quality control.
• Developing and maintaining process documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Process of Record (POR) to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
