In this hands-on role, you will monitor assembly processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality improvements. You will serve as a technical expert on various manufacturing projects, introducing new technologies and establishing sustainable processes for long-term production. Your mission will be to ensure profitability, efficiency, adaptability, responsiveness, and high quality across all products and processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
