**Position Overview**

As a Industrial Engineer at Burlington Stores, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and driving productivity improvements, including developing and maintaining accurate engineered standards, defining and upholding Best Methods across job functions, and supporting business objectives through needs assessments and project implementations. You'll mentor and guide less experienced team members.

+ Lead and execute the development and maintenance of accurate and effective engineered standards through time and frequency studies.
+ Define and maintain “Best Methods” for all job functions including training of management and hourly workforce on productivity and work methods.
