Role Overview

Job Summary: Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and make a real impact? The role is based in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand (onsite) and operates 3–5 x 12‑hour shifts per week, mainly Monday–Friday, with a night shift every 4th week.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance, fault‑finding, and breakdown repairs
• Support production with equipment set‑up and optimisation
• Maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and workmanship
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• NZ registered and licensed Industrial Electrician or trade‑qualified Maintenance Engineer
• Food or FMCG manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Strong electrical fault‑finding skills with mechanical aptitude
• Experience with pneumatics, bearings, and general plant maintenance
• Comfortable with shift work and a strong team player
