Position Overview
Your mission: As an Account Manager for Industrial Automation Services, you will be responsible for managing relationships with both existing and new clients to drive sales growth by becoming a trusted advisor who understands their technical needs and offers to develop tailored solutions for efficiency and productivity in manufacturing. Key responsibilities include managing and expanding customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, following up on marketing leads and collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver effective automation solutions. The role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, technical understanding of industrial automation, particularly PLC Modernisation & Migration solutions, and excellent relationship-building skills.
