Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose We are seeking a dedicated Indoor Sales Support Cum Telemarketer to prospect and generating new sales leads through cold calling and networking.

- Securing of appointments with target companies.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
- Gathering information and sharing of customer’s feedback with the wider team.
- Coordinate with sales to assist on pricing with local or overseas vendor to obtain accurate rates.
- Prepare freight quotations for air, sea and land shipments based on customer requirements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties / target sector as assigned.
