Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: Building Material Supplier
- Position Title: Indoor Sales / Customer Service Officer
- Working Location: Hougang
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days - 44hrs per week (Shift rotation, includes weekends)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities - Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations for tiles, mosaics, marble, and granite.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products based on design, usage, and budget.
- Prepare purchase orders and quotations based on customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to arrange and follow up on the delivery of goods.
