Responsibilities:

• Active following up with customer to generate sales lead and secure potential sales opportunities
• Perform daily order processing from customers' requests (from quotation to processing orders)
• Coordinator with outbound processing to Schedule, Liaise Internally, Manage and Resolve with any matters with customers' finished goods
• Coordinate with the various department to ensure smooth operation (may required face to face communicate with the production staffs)
• Handle customers face to face regarding ordering or outbound matters.
• Responding to incoming email, phone, mobile platform enquiries
