Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, cafés, caterers, and other food service customers
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities to achieve sales growth
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
