Position Overview
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for software, SaaS applications, cloud services, subscriptions, and digital technology solutions.Handle procurement of enterprise software licenses, maintenance agreements, support renewals, and subscription-based services in accordance with procurement policies and approved supplier agreements.Create, review, and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Statements of Work (SOW), and RFQ/RFP activities through SAP procurement systems.Ensure timely PO creation, release, amendments, renewals, and closure within SAP while maintaining procurement compliance.Coordinate with internal stakeholders including IT, cybersecurity, finance, legal, and business teams for seamless procurement execution and issue resolution.Support sourcing initiatives including supplier identification, commercial evaluations, quotation analysis, benchmarking, price negotiations, and vendor onboarding.Man...
