Manages contract negotiations, compliance, and vendor performance, while coordinating with lessors and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and resolution of operational issues.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with Cluster Head (CH) and Territory Head (TH) to formulate plans and programs to ensure achievement of target and identify improvement opportunities to drive efficient team operations.
Schedule ILM vendor performance review with team leader towards delivery of required services according to the agreed scope and standards
Conduct vendor performance review (MORS , cadences) and discussion of process improvements with team leader of vendors to align the group objectives
Conduct thorough and regular monitoring and update on the status of the project with vendor partner
Handle special projects and other initiatives that support ILM operations
