Position Overview
MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd. is establishing a roster of experienced independent professionals who may be engaged on an as-needed basis to support reviews, assessments, inquiries, and investigations related to workplace, operational, safeguarding, compliance, governance, and programmatic matters.
The consultant may be required to serve as an independent member of inquiry or investigation committees, review complaints and incidents, examine documentation and evidence, conduct interviews or consultations, assess facts, identify risks or procedural gaps, and provide objective findings and practical recommendations.
Qualification & Experience:
Candidates should have a Masterβs degree or equivalent qualification in Law, Public Administration, Human Resources, Governance, Social Sciences, Management, Compliance, Audit, Business Administration, Criminology, Development Studies, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
