Responsibilities


+ Ability to learn and apply independence and ethical standards to:

+ Personal independence compliance

+ Audit/Attest clients and audit affiliate relationships

+ Nonaudit and business relationships, including partner rotation



+ Assist personnel with various independence inquiries, including assisting with independence audits or review self-audit questionnaires and evaluating non-audit services and business relationships

+ Assist in developing and maintaining various independence resources or publications
