**Summary**

This role extends core ServiceNow SAMPro/HAM capabilities to support regulatory compliance and audit-ready reporting for both internal THIP policies and external frameworks (e.g., NYDFS 500.13, SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001). The position collaborates with the ITAM team and cross-functional stakeholders (Risk, Audit, Security) to design and enforce controls ensuring a complete, accurate, and current asset inventory. Responsibilities include maintaining evidence for audits across ITAM-owned asset types (Open-Source, On-Prem software, SaaS licensing, and hardware assets).
