Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the institution’s incubation center to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup culture among students and faculty.
Identify, mentor, and support aspiring entrepreneurs and startup teams through idea validation, business planning, and execution strategies.
Develop and implement incubation programs, startup acceleration initiatives, workshops, boot camps, and entrepreneurship development activities.
Build strong collaborations with industry experts, investors, startup ecosystems, government agencies, and innovation networks.
Facilitate funding opportunities, investor connect sessions, pitch events, and access to grants for incubated startups.
