We're looking to recruit an experienced Ie Officer on behalf of our social housing client in Liverpool. This is a minimum 6+ month contract with the possibility of extension, working on a hybrid basis with 2 set office days per week in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong ie management or rent arrears experience within social housing, as you'll play a key role in maximising rent ie, supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies and take fair and consistent action to manage arrears.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of tenant accounts, applying arrears policies to maximise ie and meet performance targets
Proactively monitor accounts, identify customers at risk of tenancy failure and take early intervention to bring accounts up to date.
Engage with tenants via phone, email and home visits to discuss accounts and agree affordable repayment plans
