Job Description

We’re currently recruiting Inclusion Support Assistants to work across schools in Loughborough, supporting pupils who may need additional help to engage with learning and school life.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll be helping create a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for children and young people with a range of additional needs.

Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the needs of the school.
