Position Overview
The candidate is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of all agency campaigns and events for Distribution to raise level of engagement of target audiences and support the company’s overall business objectives.
Assist in organizing and executing events and campaigns for the Distribution team, including sales and recruitment initiatives, incentive programs, loyalty schemes, and recognition events. Coordinate with various departments to prepare the annual agency campaigns and event calendar. Support the management of event logistics, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient execution.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of events and campaigns.Assist in the development and distribution of communication materials related to events and campaigns.
