Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls from US-based customers
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Provide accurate product/service information
Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of
inbound telecom sales experience
(Mandatory)
Experience with US telecom campaigns (preferred: Spectrum, AT&T, etc.)
Strong English communication skills
Target-driven and confident closer
Ability to work night shift
