Job Description
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for inbound prospects, primarily financial advisors and decision‑makers across RIAs and broker‑dealer organizations. On a daily basis, you’ll manage and prioritize multiple inbound leads, respond promptly to new inquiries, and conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to assess fit, uncover pain points, and understand firm structure, advisor workflows, and existing technology. You’ll confidently educate prospects on the company’s AI assistant designed for compliance‑driven financial environments, while maintaining a professional, consultative communication style.
