What You'll Do:
As a Customer Solutions Advocate, you'll champion customer satisfaction by providing expert support and solutions. You'll diagnose technical issues with the motors themselves, facilitate orders, and offer tailored product recommendations, all while meticulously documenting interactions.

Shift: 7AM-3:30PM, 8:00AM-4:30PM, 8:30AM-5:00PM (2 weeks working each shift; you will rotate!)
