Position Overview
Job Purpose:
To promote products and support sales in retail stores, engaging with customers, demonstrating items, and helping with stock forecasting.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate TD SYNNEX products of the assigned vendor in the storeShowcase product features and benefits to customersProvide hands-on demonstrations to encourage trial and purchaseAnswer questions and provide product-related informationPromote special offers and upsell related productsAssist in achieving daily or weekly sales targetsMaintain clean and well-stocked displaysObserve customer behavior and preferencesCollect and report customer feedback according to vendor goalsMonitor inventory levels and report low stockSupport procurement forecasting by monitoring stock levels and sales trendsMaintain daily activity logs or sales reportsShare performance updates with supervisors
