Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resolution Professional and work in coordination withsupportteam to manage the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) ofcompanyas per the provisions ofInsolvencyand Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

•Assistin taking control over banking arrangements & operations of corporatedebtor.

• Managing andmonitoringthe cash flows,budgetingand other related activities.

• Assist Independent business review toidentifythe key issues faced by the company anddevelopingviablesolutions to overcome the same.

•Assistin preparation of Information Memorandum, Express of Interest, Request for Resolution

Plan (RFRP) andmonitoringcompliances under various laws (corporate, GST, income tax) as applicable.tothe Company...
