Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on various materials and thicknesses
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Prepare materials (cutting, grinding, cleaning) prior to welding
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Collaborate with fabrication team to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:

• 2+ years of TIG welding experience (preferred)
• Ability to weld stainless and aluminum is a must
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
• Familiarity with shop tools (grinders, saws, etc.)
• Reliable and punctual
