As an IRD Team Leader you will be responsible for supervising daily in-room dining operations ensuring exceptional service standards efficiency and guest satisfaction. This role leads the order-taking and service team coordinates closely with the kitchen and ensures timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the in-room dining team.
• Ensure all guest calls are answered promptly and professionally according to brand standards.
• Monitor order accuracy preparation times and delivery standards.
• Conduct daily briefings and support training of team members.
• Ensure proper setup presentation and delivery of in-room dining orders.
• Handle guest feedback complaints and special requests efficiently and professionally.
