1. Strategic Advisory & Platform Leadership

· Define enterprise ServiceNow roadmap aligned to business strategy and digital transformation goals.

· Provide architectural leadership across multi-module implementations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM, HAM) HRSD, SPM, GRC). Any 3 above mentioned modules hands-on experience will be mandatory.
