Develop and execute sales strategies focused on India GCCs and domestic clients to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets (typically INR 30 – 40 crore).
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, including strategic accounts, typically managing anywhere between 10-20 key accounts for sustained revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline valued at INR 20 - 30 crore to ensure consistent business development and forecast accuracy.
Engage with senior stakeholders within client organizations to identify needs, present technology solutions, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with client requirements and market trends.
