Upload all customer and contract details, shipping documents, invoice logs into SharePoint.
Create and maintain suppliers, purchase orders and manage approval flow process on SharePoint.
Verify suppliers invoices and submit to finance for processing.
Issue and submit customer invoices and credit notes.
Conduct month‑end reporting and analysis.
Drive and develop quality process improvements focusing on safety, operations and customer service.
Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements related to equipment care.
Support a customer‑care‑driven culture and improve rental and service response.
Interact with other departments, service and sales team members to adjust efforts.
Focus on continuous improvement in digital solutions and automation.
