Description
Our client, a Fresno-based legal team, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support and help manage several active matters being handled in coordination with outside counsel. This position will play a key role in keeping cases on track, ensuring adherence to local rules, and providing hands-on litigation support across the full lifecycle. Ideal candidates will bring strong knowledge of Fresno County Superior Court procedures and the ability to proactively manage deadlines and outside firms, however, that is not a requirement.


Responsibilities

+ Manage and track active litigation matters in partnership with outside counsel

+ Monitor case progression, deadlines, and filings to ensure compliance with Fresno County Superior Court rules

+ Coordinate with outside firms (including those outside the Central Valley) and serve as a local procedural resource

+ Prepare, review, and file court documents (state and federal)
