The aim is to establish a long-term Business & IT company, supporting all European markets in the implementation and maintenance of contract management systems, as well as overseeing IT projects in other key areas. The scope of activity includes core systems, satellite systems (such as document management and collection systems), as well as integrations, data-related initiatives and large-scale project organisations.
