Description We are looking for an experienced In-House Counsel to provide legal guidance for complex energy and infrastructure projects based in The Woodlands, Texas. This position partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support matters spanning project development, contract strategy, risk management, and corporate legal needs. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, a practical approach to commercial negotiations, and deep familiarity with construction and energy-related legal frameworks.

Responsibilities:
• Advise business leaders and project teams on legal issues arising throughout the lifecycle of renewable energy and infrastructure developments, from early planning through project closeout.
