Description
Our client, a world-leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team. This position offers the chance to partner closely with senior legal leadership while building deeper knowledge of federal contracting requirements within the aerospace and defense environment. The role also provides exposure to broader commercial legal matters as responsibilities expand over time.


Schedule: REMOTE (must be local to Connecticut as travel may be required to the state every few months.)

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + bonuses + amazing benefits


Responsibilities:

+ Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of U.S. Government contracts and subcontracts, including agreements governed by FAR and DFARS.
