Provide legal services primarily for contracting, research, assist with various operational issues including risk management and compliance, and interact with outside legal services. Provide legal advice and direction to various levels of the organization. Provide support to the Chief Legal Officer.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Review and negotiate master services agreement, vendor contracts including equipment, medical supplies, professional services, education affiliation agreement with colleges and universities, software, and construction arrangements, as well as consulting and nondisclosure agreements.
