Position Summary The Improvement System Coach II is responsible for the implementation of the Orlando Health Improvement System under the mentorship of the Director. The goal of the Orlando Health Improvement System is to achieve sustainable top decile performance in the key performance indicators selected by the Board, by developing our team members and physicians to achieve their greatest potential in the pursuit of this goal.
